The Saskatchewan Workforce & Labour Market Development Centre is committed to strengthening Saskatchewan’s workforce by empowering individuals, supporting employers, and advancing inclusive economic growth across the province.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between people and meaningful employment by delivering high-quality workforce development programs, labour market research, skills training, and employment support services that respond to the evolving needs of Saskatchewan’s economy. We work collaboratively with industry partners, educational institutions, community organizations, and government stakeholders to ensure that job seekers and employers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to succeed.
